Denoxtronic® 5 series supply pump replacement kit

Affordable exhaust-gas treatment repair solution for passengerDNOX Module Replacement Supply Pump Kit F01C600265 cars and light commercial vehicles

Since the manufacture of the first diesel truck in 1924, and the first diesel car in 1936, Bosch has been one of the world’s leading providers of
diesel technology.
Denoxtronic®, the Bosch exhaust-gas treatment system is being used in the majority of diesel vehicles with increasing significance for the
independent aftermarket vehicle workshop. The system injects the Diesel exhaust fluid, commonly known as Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), urea
Denoxtronic systems for cars and light commercial vehicles solution or AdBlue®, into the exhaust-gas stream. In combination with the catalytic converter, the system converts harmful nitrogen oxides (NOx) into water and nitrogen. The latest Denoxtronic® systems for PC and LCV vehicles is the 5 series generation, this generation typically consists of a supply module that is attached to the DEF tank via a plastic welding process which fuses the tank and the supply module into one unit. In the aftermarket, for many repair cases, it is no longer required to replace the complete DEF tank and supply pump combination.

PFJones offers an affordable aftermarket solution consisting of a supply pump, dampers, and mounting screws in the form of a kit.

With Denoxtronic® 5, the supply
module is located under the DEF
tank, this is where the pump can
be replaced separately.

The supply module brings DEF to
the required pressure and feeds it
to the dosing module. It contains
the tank heater for thawing of the
DEF if necessary.

The supply pump is located inside
the supply module. The complete
kit solution, available from Bosch,
conveniently includes all the parts
necessary for a successful supply
pump replacement.

How to correctly identify the pump kit

  • In the first step you will need to identify the correct supply pump kit part number which cannot be found on the original OEM DEF tank assembly.

  • The Bosch supply pump kit part number can be identified using the vehicle model information in TecDoc® or other selected electronic cataloging systems. The supply pump kit can be found by searching in the catalogue categories Exhaust Systems and/or Urea Injection.

  • Alternatively, you can use the table in the next page to cross reference the damaged Bosch supply module or Bosch supply pump part number to the new Bosch supply pump replacement kit.

  • Please take note that the supply pump kit part number cannot be identified using the OEM DEF tank assembly.
