We recommend customers with Toyota Prius III, Toyota AURIS, Yaris or Lexus CT 200h to have aged HV modules replaced with new long-life Bosch nickel metal hydride modules at our workshop. All other original system components such as the housing, fan and electronics will be reused.

We offer a Bosch solution that is cost effective and saves valuable resources.

Checking and Repairing Hybrid Vehicles Batteries*

Check the voltage of the HV battery when it is mounted.

Dismount the HV battery and remove the module carrier plate as well as other components.

Replace old modules with new nickel metal hydride modules.

Remount and check the HV battery.

The warranty covers defects that occur within the warranty period under normal conditions of use. The warranty does not cover the use of the repair kit in tuned vehicles, driving school vehicles or vehicles used for commercial passenger transportation.
