Full air suspension is an automatic or adjustable suspension solution that replaces the existing leaf or coil spring suspension with a full air suspension system. This system, which includes air springs, shock absorbers, height sensors, a compressor, and an electronic control unit (VB-ASCU), is available for both the front and rear axles, depending on the make and model of the vehicle. The air suspension system filters out road surface irregularities, improving ride comfort. The vehicle will always remain at the ride height set by VB-Airsuspension during installation while driving. The standard ride height is determined and fixed during the development of the air suspension.

Semi-air suspension allows the suspension to be manually adjusted within certain limits. On a vehicle with leaf springs, an air spring is installed between the chassis and the rear axle to support the vehicle's leaf spring. The VB-SemiAir system comes in two chambers. This means that the air springs are not interconnected. A two-chamber system allows left and right to be adjusted separately, allowing the vehicle to be levelled to some extent even when unevenly loaded.

Helper and reinforced spring suspension systems provide extra support or reinforce the existing system in order to correct any suspension problems by keeping the vehicle in its original or higher ride height.
These are either installed alongside the existing leaf suspension system or replace the original coil spring suspension system. These suspension systems are an excellent choice for vehicles that are constantly heavily loaded or for vehicles that carry variable loads. Helper and reinforced spring suspension systems are available for both the front and rear axles.
