As a PF Jones customer, if you no longer want the items you have 14 days to cancel your order or inform us you would like to return the goods.

How to Return an Item & the Returns Period
You must include the Returns Form (DOWNLOAD RETURNS FORM ») in order for us to process your return, if you cannot print this form out please include a note with the following information:
- Your Name
- Your Delivery Address
- Your Order Reference Number

We cannot accept returns and therefore may be unable to refund you if you have:
- Damaged an item including trying to fit it before you decide you no longer want the item.
- Ordered a Made to Order product including any special order towbars. (A refund for a faulty Made to Order purchase will be dependent on a manufacturer inspection).
- Exceeded the 28 day return limit and the good where not reported at faulty upon reciept.

If you are retuning a faulty or incorrectly delivered item, please contact our customer service team to arrange a collection to return the goods to our warehouse.
If you are retuning your goods to us from outside the UK, then it is at your own risk. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage caused in transit. It is also you responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties or taxes incurred when returning your purchase.

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of a faulty or damaged good.
