Hi. I bought a towbar and wiring kit with bypass box for a 57 Reg skoda octavia off yourselves earlier this year. And all good until recently it has stopped beeping on the idecators and now it has the off side indicator on the trailer permanently on. The smart box is grey in appearance with of jones embossed on it. It has car side wires and trailer side wires and a live and Earth. Red and black coming out of a port on the front bottom corner. Do these fail. And would your universal bypass box replace mine Thanks Glyn

Hi, I recently bought a towbar and 7 pin universal electrics for my 2004 Audi A4 (b6) from yourselves. Is the bypass relay necessary for this car or is it ok to clip straight into the lights? Thanks.

Hi, I purchased one of your universal wiring kits for a BMW E91, everything works fine and the kit was easy to install, however when i'm connected up to my trailer and I use the indicator, I get a audible alarm that keeps in sync with the flashing, is this normal? and if yes can it be disabled? Regards Owen
