I must admit, it is a lot heavier and more cumbersome than I expected. I was the easi st thing to get into place on the towbar.. or ouch home so that all was stable... but I got there in the end, I did have to loosen the rings around the towbar off completely... but it is good..really good. Solidly made and so stable on the back.

Once I get used to lifting it in place I am sure I will be fine.... perhaps if I get the landrover parked so close behind me moved then I will find it easier
Top quality product. Expensive, but you get what you pay for. Very stable with three bikes on.
As expected a solid piece of kit, Thule make the best carriers in terms of build quality and ease of use. Of course there are cheaper carrier but my cost in excess of £2000.00 so I do not mind paying the extra for the peace of mind that gives me.

Super fast delivery and was kept informed every step of the way.
Have bought this bike carrier as a replacement to previous model damaged in road accident. Unfortunately older model unable to be repaired to acceptable standard hence new purchase. Have found both bike carriers well designed and constructed. Has enabled us as a family to go further afield with our bikes to enjoy other parts of the country.

Hi. What type of electrical connection is required (7 pin or 13 pin) Does the unit have a fog light and a reverse light ? I have the r39a witter tow bar which came with a standard Alko tow ball, will this be suitable or will I need an extended tow ball ?
