The Thule EasyFold XT 2 Bike Carrier 933 is a compact, easy-to-use bike rack suitable for all types of bikes. The user friendly features of the carrier provide a reassurance that your bikes will be safely transported wherever you go. It takes minimum effort to mount, handle and store the Thule EasyFold XT, yet is versatile in its functions as a form of bike transportation. The carriers user-friendly convenience and reliable features make it an excellent choice when deciding on a cycle carrier.




Features

 

  • Fully foldable ability for convenient mounting, handling and storage.
  • Includes a high load capacity enabling the transport of e-bikes and heavy mountain bikes.
  • Detachable bike arms with Thule AcuTight 528010 torque limiter knobs that "click" when optimal torque is reached, allowing easy mounting possible.
  • The large distance between wheel holders enables transport of sturdy bikes with large wheel bases.
  • Adjustable pump buckles with extra-long wheel straps for easy fastening of wheels (up to 4.7" wheels) enabling transport of heavy bikes.
  • Features smart foot pedal tilt, providing easy boot access with bikes mounted.
  • Thanks to the towbar couplings initial stability, easy mounting and adjustment of the carrier before closing the tightening handle is enabled.
  • The integrated carrying handles allow the ergonomic transport of the carrier.
  • Pre-assembled, no tools required.

It’s Thule so it’s not cheap but it is well made for handling 2 e-bikes. Easy to fit, easy to use. The tilt mechanism is great and provides easy access to the boot. Folds out easily and pretty compact when collapsed.

Great Thule 2 bike holder, folds up when storing it which makes it worth the extra cash. The locks are a bit sticky which is annoying, they sometimes don't lock despite the barrel turning, I'm hoping that these will ease with a bit of use, if not I will talk to the supplier about it.

Expensive but worth it for the ease of use and storage. I have a dodgy shoulder and struggle to lift my full suspension mountain bike onto a roof rack. This is ideal. Be careful on first use not to use too much force on the handle. Instead keep adjusting or you can damage the handle. Hope this makes sense

Innovation and quality you’d expect from Thule. Went for this model because it folds away neatly and can handle the weight of two e-bikes. Easy to operate and fixes firmly to the tow bar without issue.

Bike rack is easy to assemble and attach to tow bar, however the adjustment of the knob that controls then tension of the rack to the tow ball is a little confusing as it implies that you should turn towards the + symbol before pressing down the fixing clamp which is not necessarily the case. Once fitted the rack is very sturdy and both bike were easy to located and attach to the rack. The design of the number plate attachment is such that it is easy to swap from one plate to another if you have a couple of vehicle that use the same rack

Amazing piece of technology. Everything makes transporting bikes very easy. Expensive but worth it! I bought this after I wrecked ny roof bars and bike carriers (luckily not my bike) going under a height restriction. 1st and only time in 30 years. It was also becoming difficult to lift my bike due to arthritis in my thumbs so a tow bar rack is so much easier.

Everything on this rack is lockable and the rack itself easy to put on, remove and pack away.

I have a Santa Cruz 5010. One of the clamps doesn't reach the frame so I can only use the slot that's further from the car.

Easy to use and great for carrying heavier E-bikes, locks to ball hitch and bikes lock with arms to carrier and you can get locks for the ratchet straps which is all great as usual from Thule

Love the Thule EasyFold XT bike rack. i found it easy to put on and take off my tow ball. the rack was compact when folded up. I use it to carry my 2 e-bike which is fairly heavier than a normal bike without and movement while traveling. Awesome bike rack!
