I ordered this towbar for my new Kuga as I wish to fit a Witter ZX89 Bike rack. As the garage were fitting the Ford wiring kit, they required the fold away socket which was not part of this kit, something to watch out for if doing the same thing. A good value for money towbar, coupled with great service. Thank you Damian.
Hi Chris Thanks for getting back to me Had the tow bar company out to make sure it was fitted correctly and also to see if there was a part number on the neck . there is no number on the neck also re measured the ball height with the tyres at full pressure (the ball is a alko type) and at unladen height it was 420 mm, ( it should be 450mm) the car is a ford kuga 65 plate . so with the car Half loaded and caravan hitched up the ball will be below the recommended 380 mm for bailey gt60 can you let me know if this cab be sorted other wise it will have to be return if it is the wrong tow bar as it is not fit for purpose and I will have to recover all cost from your selves Regards Tom Tell 077********

Hi Tom,
A laden bar should be within the 350-420mm range.
Is there a part number on the neck that you have? I can then confirm if this is the correct neck.
Kind Regards.
