How is the twin socket extension plate fitted? There is a large tab coming out from the plate where the two sockets have been mounted with no apparent purpose. There is no fitting instructions for the extension plate in the supplied kit.

Hello Mr Pelham, The large tab (big hole in the middle surrounded by a ring of smaller holes?) is where the single socket mounts. If as extension plate is required to allow the fitment of a second socket, this is mounted to the existing socket mount along with the first socket so now you have a free hole to mount the second socket to. Thank you.
