I've been searching for a plate to allow a towbar-mounted bike-carrier to fit without fouling, and this is it.

The socket centre is about 10cm horizontally from the nearest bolt centre, and around 3cm vertically. Plate is fully reversible, so the socket can go to the left or right, above or below.
