Alfa 166 Tow Bars

The Alfa 166 was an attempt at an executive saloon to rival the Mercedes E-Class and BMW 5-Series. It is a strong performer which makes the driver feel confident when behind the wheel of the car. The interior is satisfactory, however when comparing it to the premium standards of its competition it falls short. The handling of the Alfa Romeo is agile making the car feel smaller than it actually is. The steering is precise especially when travelling at speed giving minimal body roll. Unlike its close competitors the vehicle is only available in front wheel drive, but this is not a hindrance and it rarely struggles to put its power down. The Alfa Romeo 166 maximum towing capacity is 1625kg which leaves enough room to tow a family sized medium caravan staying within its 85% limit, the Alfa 166 performs well as a towing car and remains firm in most weather conditions the only downfall is the space, or lack thereof, in the cabin which would not make for a comfortable journey with 3 teenage or older passengers in the back.
