The Materia is a small car that genuinely stands out from the crowd, its styling and design is extremely distinctive with its square bonnet and roof. It rivals the Vauxhall Meriva and Nissan Note in performance and class, but nothing comes close to the styling of this unusual vehicle. The engine is surprisingly lively and willing to be pushed, it isn’t the fastest car with a time of 10.8 seconds to do 0-62 mph however it is nippy and suited to being a city car when needed. With a legal towing limit of 1000kg the vehicle is only able to tow a small amount of weight, and is best doing this within towns as the light steering means there is very little feeling when travelling at speed.
