Hello - I bought Thule touring L from you recently but found it difficult to pack with bags I already had so didn't utilise the space adequately. Can these set of 4 bags be filled to capacity and the roof box close over them?

How do I know if I need all these bags for my roof box, please? Or if I'd be "overbuying" bags? I've got a Thule Ocean 80 320L.
