We’re carrying on our series of pubs with overnight stays for caravanners in the UK and next on our list is the North! Keep reading to see which pubs you can stay at if you’re travelling to the North.
South Moor Farm, Scarborough
This relaxing pub is based in a quiet, rural location on a farm in Dalby Forest. They have Wi-Fi available and are conveniently located to Dalby Forest if you want to hike or cycle. They also offer a full English Breakfast and home-cooked meals. This pub welcomes RV owners and caravanners, it costs £8 per night and has 13 amp hook-ups.
The Black Horse Inn, Kirkby Fleetham
A charming village inn based in North Yorkshire, right between the North York Moors & Yorkshire Dales National Parks. For caravanners, they offer fresh-water taps, wheelchair access and they allow dogs. You can stay for up to 3 days here too – so perfect for long weekends! It costs £20 per night to stay here and is redeemable against their classic British food and drinks.
The Hawthorns, Oldham
A perfect place for nature lovers to stay as it is based near to The Pennines and opposite the Lows nature reserve. The Hawthorne Caravan & Camping also has lots of links into Manchester town centre. For caravanners, they offer electric hook ups, chemical disposal, shower facilities, and a dog walking area! Plus, there is a pub just across the road. It costs £12 for two people and children under 12 can stay free.
The Crosby Village Inn, North Yorkshire
Surrounded by picturesque farms and fields, this site is perfect for the outdoors type or those looking for some peace and tranquillity. It costs £15 for two adults to stay and they have electric-hook ups. Nearby you can find golf, horse riding, and water-sports activities. The pub has an extensive menu too, so even the fussiest of eaters will find something to enjoy!
The majority of these sites are open all year round too, so if you’re looking for something to do with the kids this half term then a caravan trip could be perfect!
