We think we can collectively agree that 2020 has been quite a challenge so far but thanks to the incredible support we have had from our customers, we have had many positives in these uncertain times.

Our customers are our biggest concern and always will be, we are constantly brainstorming what we can do to bring you an even better service.

A massive part of our service is our branches that offer fitting services and products, we have had such a high demand to bring these branches to more destinations across the UK and we’re happy to say we’ve finally done that.

A couple of months ago we opened a brand-new branch in Bury which also has a towbar fitting service, so far, the response has been great. We also opened a new towbar fitting centre in Burnley on July 1^st - we’re excited to see more and more of you coming to us in the future.

Our fitting centres in every location have professional fitters who can help you to make sure your towbar is correctly and efficiently installed for your vehicle. We’re glad that we can now bring this service to even more communities in the UK!

In terms of what’s next, we still have even more branches that we would like to open to make sure people all across the UK have access to our excellent fitting service and our in-store products.

Whilst we have our online store, we know some customers prefer to come in and have a chat and get our expert advice on items – so we will be looking at even further expansion over the next year.

The support we have had from our customers, new and old, has been incredible. Throughout lockdown we have been doing everything we can to make sure that you have the products you need and the support we have had in return has been incredible.
