As part of that mission, we created a dedicated customer service line for trade account holders which is open 5 days a week, to make sure you and your business aren’t left in the dark.

We also give you access to our technical experts regarding all tow bar related products, who all have a wealth of knowledge and experience in this area. What’s even better is that as a trade account member you can benefit from our automotive fitting service across all of our products!

To make sure you’re not without your products for longer than necessary, we dispatch any products that are in stock on the same day from our various warehouses in the North West. If you are in the same regions as our van delivery service, you can benefit from same-day deliveries on any products that are in stock!

Flexibility

We don’t believe in rigid account structures; we know every business is different and for that reason, we offer you flexibility across our accounts. If you are looking to do a bulk purchase for your company or fleet, we can give you a bespoke quote! Plus, as a cash account holder, you will be able to pay upfront with cash or card.
