Reviews

Good quality tow bar but did require more cutting than I would have liked of the rear bumper of my Mondeo. This did however look worse while I had it up on a ramp. Once on the ground it's hardly noticeable.

I'm only using it to carry a bike rack rather than tow so I chose to run the electrics/pug into the boot rather than mount on the bar bracket. Had I wanted to mount on the bracket it would have required a much bigger cut in the bumper and the aim for me with a detachable bar was to keep the original look of the car as close as possible. This will I guess vary from car to car and I do have a sports model with different bumpers.

I'd recommend having the car on a ramp to fit this it as the bolts that run through the chassis rail are a tight fit (which they should be), needing some manipulation and I wouldn't have fancied doing it on my back on the drive.

Very please with it now it's fitted.
