Eberspacher E-Airtronic 230V AC 1kW Electric Heater

Eberspacher's new E-Airtronic is a compact, 230V AC mains powered, 1kW electric air heater that's a great option for providing cozy warmth in your campervan or motorhome. This heater uses Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) technology which is self-regulating and extremely safe as it cannot over-heat. This technology also enables a fast warm up to get your vehicle interior up to temperature as quickly as possible, and is very efficient.

The E-Airtronic is significantly lighter and more compact than comparable diesel or gas powered heaters, saving space and weight in your van. It's also much more straightforward to install, with universal fitment for use in any vehicle (no adaptors or vehicle-specific installation kits required) and a full wiring loom. There are multiple mounting options and it can be fitted directly behind a vent in a plinth, or used with 90mm ducting and air outlets to provide hot air at multiple points around your vehicle.

The 12V powered fan is near silent and the manual controls supplied with the unit allow you to vary heat output and fan speed. You can also operate it in 'fan only' mode to provide air circulation/ventilation without any heating, and there is an easily removable filter for cleaning.

This heater can be powered either from 230V AC shore power (mains hook-up) or from a suitably sized inverter and battery if you don't have access to site power.

We also recommend a lithium battery if running this unit with an inverter, and anything from the Fogstar range would be capable of powering it.
