Check Definition: Strip the fuel pump down and check for general wear & tear or obvious signs of defect (contamination or fuel pump breaking up). At this stage we will contact you with our findings. If then then there are no obvious signs of defect, the fuel pump will be tested at your approval.

Test Definition: Fuel pump which has already been stripped to be cleaned out, re-built and put on our manufacturers approved test bench. At the end of the test a fail or pass test will be printed off and given.

The Bosch EPS708 is future proof so we will bbe able to test and recalibrate all common rail fuel systems that are being released today and in years to come.

All our test benches are regularly audited to meet strict manufacturers test specifications, enabling fuel pumps and injectors to be tested and recalibrated to OE quality.
