I received a fantastic service from pfjones. I reviewed fantastic customer service when I called them to question part of their product. There customer service people are very knowledgeable about their products from my experience. They were also able to resolve a slight issue I had with the postage very quickly, efficiently and professionally. The layout and detail of the website is the best I have come across for towbars allowing me to easily decide what I needed especially with the electrics which can sometimes be difficult to get your head round. Being able to see fitting instructions for both towbar and electric before buying definitely helps. Overall I would give my whole experience with pfjones 5 out of 5 stars and would highly recommend to anyone else who is tooling to purchase and fit their own towbar!
