The following conditions are set out to explain the use of photography of children, where the photographs will be posted and which third parties will the data be shared with. 1.0. Where will the images be posted and the use of those images? 

Please be aware that websites and social media platforms can be viewed throughout the world and not just in the United Kingdom where the UK law applies. Images taken will be posted online on the following platforms for the following purposes:

• Social Media - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn: Sponsoring on our social media platforms and updating our customers of the latest business activities we are taking part in. The images will be seen by all our followers on our social media accounts.
• Blog: For the use of a blog article informing readers about our sponsorship or latest business relationships https://www.pfjones.co.uk/blog/
• Website: Updating our customers about a sponsorship and latest business activities https://www.pfjones.co.uk/
• Email (Newsletter): Updating our email subscribers through a newsletter about our latest business activities/sponsorships.

2.0. Conditions of use 

• We will not use the personal details or full names of a child in a photograph on all of our online mediums.
• If we use photographs of individual children, we will not use the name of that child in the accompanying text or photo caption.
• We may use group photographs with very general labels, such as “the football team”
• We will only use images of children who are suitably dressed, to reduce the risk of such images being used inappropriately.
• We will not use the images taken for any other purpose.

3.0. Third Parties 

Only if you have given consent to do so, images of your child will be shared with the following third parties. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for websites of other organisations.
