The Citroen C8 is a MPV range that was launched in the market in 2002. The range is an improvement on predecessor model Synergie, as despite being well equipped, the series was aging. The C8 on the other hand is a combination of Citroen, Peugeot and Fiat development, resulting in modern characteristics and quality materials. Whilst being spacious, the focus of the range is on safety rather than the previous focus on comfort. This space means large families can fit easily into the passenger area comfortably. The C8 was also given an upgrade on fuel economy and emissions as well as installing strong diesel engines. The 2.0 litre HDi 16v diesel engine and the 2.2 litre HDi turbo diesel deliver a refined driving experience. In all, the Citroen C8 is a range that is both modern and affordable, ideal as a family car.
