The Volkswagen Beetle is a two door economy car range that was released in 1938 by the German automaker. The range was one of the first rear engined cars produced since 1915, over the years improvements and upgrades have been made that have changed the engineering and mechanics of the vehicle. It is the longest running and most manufactured car of a single platform ever made and to this day still has a cult following of car enthusiasts. In 2003 after sixty five years production of the range stopped, although there are still versions of the model that can be found on the market. With dramatic and contemporary styling, the range certainly stands out in the market thanks to its abundance of personality and character. The range has been available over the years with a wide selection of petrol and diesel engines, each with their own power output.
