The Tata Safari is a mid size SUV range that was launched in 1998 by the Indian manufacturer. The range is also known in some markets as the Safari Storme and was initially targeted at European markets. The model offers traditional SUV styling that holds a dominating presence within its class and makes the range stand out to buyers. Designed as a seven seater, the range offers a generously spacious interior that allows plenty of space for the driver and any passengers to enjoy a comfortable ride. The range is also available with an array of petrol and diesel engines, each offer their own different power outputs. The main diesel engines offered are the; 2.0 litre diesel, 2.2 litre Dicor diesel engine and the 3.0 litre Dicor diesel motor. These diesel engines deliver great off road capabilities as well as a strong performance that is fun to drive. In all, the Tata Safari is an efficient range with powerful diesel engines, a spacious interior and attractive SUV styling.
