Safe shopping in our branches
We are thrilled to announce that our branches will be open for the public again as of Monday 18th May 2020. It was a tough time not being able to give you all our sought-after services but starting next week we can get back to serving you all.
Of course, with the current circumstances, there will be some procedures in place to make sure we keep all our customers and staff safe.
The following procedures will be in place to make sure that everyone who comes into our branch can shop safely.
Social Distancing
All customers will be required to keep a 2m distance away from each other within the store. This will mean only a certain number of customers will be allowed in the store at one given time. If possible, try to shop alone rather than with members of your household.
Contactless Payments
Where possible, if you can make contactless payments this would be highly encouraged. If you can, we would encourage paying by card rather than cash.
Tow bar Fitting
Our tow bar fitting service will be available for you to benefit from again, this will mean one of our fitters will fit your tow bar within a safe distance away from others.
Our branches are always kept to the highest standard of hygiene but of course, there will be extra vigilance around store cleaning during the emergency period.
If you have any reservations about visiting our branches but still want to benefit from our tow bar fitting service, you don’t have to worry. We have a mobile tow bar fitting service which we will be able to resume. This will mean a fitter can come to your desired location and fit your tow bar for you.
Plus, you don’t have to buy from our branches. All our products are available online, so you can buy them online if you don’t want to come to a branch. Processing and shipping are normal services.
