How COVID-19 will affect your order

It’s no secret that the world seems pretty uncertain right now, but our customers come first and that’s why we’re still business as usual to get you the products you need. 

Of course, as we’re sure you would expect, this will include a few small changes that are completely out of our control. 

Currently, delivery services across the UK are extremely strained, whether you’re ordering from PF Jones or your favourite supermarket, you’re likely to experience some delay in your delivery. We will always try and keep you updated on the progress of your order, but please be patient and expect to wait a little longer than usual for your order. 

The only other difference is the temporary closure of our branches. Long-term customers will know we have a few branches across the UK that are available for tow bar fitting, campervan conversions and it’s also a place for people to get products they love.  

Unfortunately, in line with the government's advice regarding stores and COVID-19, we have had to temporarily close these branches, but they WILL be back open for all your needs as soon as the government allows us to resume trading.  

Right now, the safety of our staff and our customers is the most important thing. Our measures in our warehouses have been put in place to make sure that our staff are safe and that your order gets to you safely too. 

Aside from this, not much else has changed. It’s business as usual because as we mentioned, our customers have always come first and that won’t change. Yes, we’re on lockdown, but most of us are itching at the thought of heading back out on the road and that first weekend you will want to head straight out. The last thing you want to do is have to wait around for the cycle carrier that you need or a tow bar so you can head out in your caravan. 

We’re encouraging our customers to get their orders in now because it’s very likely that once this does all blow over, there will be a large increase in orders and a longer wait time. The last thing we want is for anyone to miss out!
