Easy to fit on towbar, real quick... nice and secure even when fully loaded with 4 bikes..

Great product and easy to assemble as described in the description, just allow the time required.
Great 4x cycle carrier. Easy to use and easily carries 4 bikes.
Very happy with this product. Be warned- it takes a bit of time to assemble, although fairly straightforward
Very nice product."...........
This is a good solid carrier with some good features but a few points I don't like. The carrier is heavy and is a two person job to fit on the towbar. It is also big to store when not in use. It is quite tricky and time consuming to fit the bikes on the rack as they are very close to each other. The tilt function is good but beware, you can trap the electric cable in the mechanism when closing it causing damage to the cable. Also annoying is the straps that hold the wheels onto the carrier as the release mechanism on one side face backwards making it difficult to release. On the plus side it's very sturdy and the bikes feel safe and secure when in use.
A bit disappointed with the amount of assembly prior to use but quality made product. It can be a bit of a jigsaw puzzle getting bikes on first time round as they sit very close together so you need to ensure that you think about how you line up your pedals etc to get them to actually fit.
Excellent company to deal with. Very impressed with the carrier zx412. I'm delighted with the quality.
brilliant service quick and efficient
carrier looks solid

I'm looking to buy the zx304. Is that the same product as the zx412? Also the straps that can be seen in the video attaching to the back of the car, do they go on when the door is open or closed? Do you need an extra pair of hands to do this? With regards to storage, does the back of it fold down? Thanks. Patrick (Dublin)

Another question: If I use this carrier with the removable Witter C51Q towbar, which electrics kit do I need (from the non model specific selection - I'm not concerned about manufacturer's warranty)? Is is the single+bypass or the 13-pin + bypass? Thanks. Peter.

Does the ZX412 require straps to support the attachment to the vehicle? I know that it locks onto the tow bar with a clamp lever but the video shows straps connecting the carrier to the back of the vehicle. I am trying to decide between the ZX412 and the ZX404 and my priorities are ease of use and stability. Thanks.
