Packaging was great, so easy to fit clear instructions, I already had a trailer board socket fitted so installation took 15 mins. Am sure it will be great once the weather is good enough to get out cycling.
The rack is great, it fitted onto my 2017 Toyota Aygo with the soft top. I must add I'm envious of those that claimed they had spent 15 mins attatching it, it took up to 1hr with more brute force than I had imagined, but completely doable and totally worth it! Also, don't be alarmed that the space for the exhaust is on the left hand side, and the exhaust is on the right hand side, it still fits perfectly fine! Overall, fantastic product, really easy to assemble once the main components are on and there's no fiddling about.
This is the only rack suitable for my vehicle. It is high quality and easy to slot into place, quick to attach and remove once mounts are fixed to the chassis. Definitely need a lighting board
Instructions clear, and all parts of good solid construction.
Very good quick service only prob was no fitting instructions had to down load from internet, would suggest company downloads and put with items
Great product quick installation
This is seriously brilliant. An easy first install (20 mins) and no tow bar required. Strong, sturdy when loaded with 2 bikes max with 40kg load max (one eMTB at 22kg most of the time, no movement and only not much with an extra standard bike).

The rear wheels of bikes stick out to one side, I load to the driver side so I can keep an eye on passing tight spots. They stick out maybe 20cm max one side, nothing the other side. Minimal light obscuring and the kit comes with an electrical wiring kit for a board.

Quick to assemble and stow each time and boot access is also quick, just unhook the a frame bar and flip the vertical bars outwards. Just genius. I was worried that I would never cycle further afield without changing my car.
Easy to use product, just store in car boot, brilliant.
Fab product! Ideal for my bike and easy to mount each time it's used
Easy to fit and use. Great product.
Does exactly what it says it should. Fitting is simple - just a little fiddly (took about 20 mins)
Well made, very easy to fit, very pleased with the result!
Easy to install and remove
