I ordered a detachable towbar and custom electrical kit for a Volkswagen Touareg, and it arrived next day before 12:00! Unfortunately an important (and probably expensive) part of the electrical kit was missing. I reported this in an email Sunday night, and was called by PF Monday morning inquiring about the exact nature of the part. I confirmed this and within an hour I was called back and it was confirmed that the part was on its way! No quibbles.
I am very pleased to say that it arrived in the post today!

Excellent workmanship and friendly
The reason I am writing in is to commend Mr Brian Glover for his assistance when I recently purchased a towbar for my W Reg Mondeo ST24, I was concerned that the product I was looking at was the right one, so I got onto your "Livechat" helpline and was assisted by Brian Glover (no relation). Despite my trying to claim 'family discount' (guessing he could have been a 'cousin' from my dim and distant past,
Brian was extremely professional and very re-assuring, proving to be knowledgeable about both your product and my car that I intended to fit it to. He also gave me advice on fitting centres in the area that I could attend if I chose to. Satisfied that I was at least buying the right product, albeit still lacking in confidence in fitting, I attempted an online purchase. Unfortunately, for some bizarre reason, my card was rejected on the basis of address (not postcode - address?!). Brian evidently had identified that a problem had occurred and contacted me to offer assistance in making my purchase.
He assured me there were no problems, took my details and helped me complete the purchase. I would like to add that at no time did Brian come across as a "pushy salesman" and felt nothing but confidence that he had my interests at heart and wanted me to be satisfied with my purchase.
Within 2 days I had the towbar delivered and was fortunate to find someone who was more confident than I at fitting it. I must say, and this is secondary to this correspondence, that I am delighted with the product and anticipate many miles of 'towing' confident that I have the right product for the right job.
